Job Summary
Develop and oversee treatment plans for children, supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment. Role includes remote work benefits (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year), a detailed compensation package with base salary plus bonuses, relocation options, and a defined leadership/career development pathway from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond.
