Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Role offers remote work days (up to 3 days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related remote days per year), a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, a substantial compensation package with a base salary plus performance, mentorship, and certification bonuses, sign-on bonus up to $10,000, relocation packages, and a growth-oriented career ladder (Sr. BCBA and leadership tracks). Manage a feasible caseload and participate in ongoing training and development including CEUs and mentorship opportunities.
