Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy to support children's growth. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment. Monday through Friday daytime hours are available, with options for up to three work-from-home days per month. Total compensation ranges from $84,000 to $119,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities.
