Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a BCBA, including developing clinically sound treatment plans and supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality care. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth while delivering therapy in a center-based environment. Opportunities for mentorship, leadership advancement toward Sr. BCBA and clinical director tracks, and remote-work days are available; compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses and relocation support.
