Job Summary
Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and supervise/mentor RBTs to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy for up to 8 children. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth in a play-focused environment. Role includes center leadership pathways, mentorship bonuses, relocation/sign-on options, and remote-work flex days (up to 3 WFH days/mo and 16 additional assessment-related days/yr) within a Monday–Friday schedule.
