Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy to support up to eight children. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Participate in research and innovation initiatives with industry-leading clinicians to advance treatment outcomes and clinical quality. Monday-Friday daytime hours with manageable caseloads designed for success. Total compensation ranges from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities.
