Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA treatment plans as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver play-focused therapy in a supportive environment; flexible scheduling with remote-work options and a strong path for leadership growth, including supervision of trainees and potential ownership opportunities; manage a manageable caseload (~8 children) with a focus on compassionate care and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
