Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging for up to 8 children; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Role includes remote-work flexibility with up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year. Eligible for mentorship bonuses, supervision hours, certification bonuses, and potential long-term ownership with career growth tracks. Compensation includes base salary with performance bonuses, signing bonus up to $10,000, relocation packages, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, generous CEU provisions, maternity/paternity support, student loan assistance, and other perks. Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours with a manageable caseload and ample paid time off; no non-compete clause. The role supports ongoing professional development and collaboration with prominent clinical leaders in ABA.
