Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Role includes remote-work flexibility (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and additional assessment-related WFH days annually) with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and potential for career growth through leadership tracks and ownership opportunities. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with bonuses (sign-on up to $10k, mentorship, and certification bonuses), relocation packages, comprehensive benefits, and extensive professional development (CEUs) while supporting up to 8 children in caseloads.
Required Qualifications
