Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- Master's degree in ABA or related field preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs
