Job Summary
Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans as a BCBA, supervise and mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to implement evidence-based therapy for up to 8 children. This role offers a mix of in-office and remote work (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year), a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and strong growth opportunities including a long-term ownership track. Compensation includes base salary plus bonuses (monthly performance, mentorship, and certifications), sign-on bonus up to $10,000, relocation packages, comprehensive benefits, and generous CEU support.
