Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. The role offers a mix of on-site and remote work with up to 3 remote days per month plus additional assessment-related days, a clear leadership path from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond, and a comprehensive benefits package including relocation assistance and a strong bonus structure.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- experience supervising RBTs
- ability to develop treatment plans
- deliver evidence-based ABA therapy
- schedule Mon-Fri daytime hours
- ability to manage caseloads (up to 8 children)
