Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals and track progress; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. This role offers remote work days (up to 3 per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year) and a compensation package including a base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation options, and potential long-term ownership as you advance toward Senior BCBA leadership within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaboration with families to set goals and track progress
- Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a pediatric/clinical setting
