Job Summary
Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment, utilizing guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Work Monday through Friday during daytime hours with manageable caseloads designed to prevent burnout.
