Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to develop and implement clinically sound treatment plans
- Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs
- Ability to collaborate with families to set goals and track progress
- Strong skills in delivering evidence-based therapy and reporting outcomes
- Flexibility for remote work days as part of a hybrid arrangement
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Continuing education to maintain BCBA credentials and licensure as applicable
- Ability to work Mon-Fri during daytime hours with manageable caseloads (up to 8 children)
