Job Summary
Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment plans as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supervising RBTs and mentoring trainees. Collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress, delivering engaging, play-focused therapy while maintaining a manageable caseload. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification (or eligibility)
- Ability to supervise RBTs and mentor trainees

- Maintain a manageable caseload (up to 8 children)
