Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a BCBA, including creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and delivering therapy in a play-focused, client-centered environment. Manage a caseload of up to 8 children, participate in mentorship and supervision of trainees, and engage in ongoing professional development and leadership pathways. Remote work benefits include up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year; schedule is Monday–Friday during daytime hours. Compensation includes base salary with performance, mentorship, and certification bonuses, plus relocation support and long-term ownership opportunities upon advancement. Notable leadership tracks include pathways from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond, with collaboration across clinical advisory and education programs.
Required Qualifications
