Job Summary
Develop and supervise ABA treatment plans for up to 8 children, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to track progress and achieve growth in a center-based, play-focused environment. Role includes remote-work flexibility (up to 3 days per month and 16 assessment-related days per year), mentorship and leadership pathways toward Sr. BCBA and higher roles, sign-on and performance bonuses, relocation packages, and comprehensive benefits. Focus on evidence-based ABA practice, ongoing CEUs, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience developing and implementing treatment plans
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Ability to collaborate with families and caregivers
- Availability Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Remote work capability up to 3 days per month plus 16 additional assessment days per year
- Participation in mentorship and leadership tracks
