Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Remote Work Benefit includes up to 3 work-from-home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year. Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours with a generous time-off package, opportunities for mentorship and career growth within the center leadership path.
