Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Manage manageable caseloads supporting up to eight children within a compassionate care approach. Schedule includes Monday through Friday daytime hours with up to three work-from-home days per month. Total compensation ranges from $86,500 to $122,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities.
