Job Summary
Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Remote work benefit includes up to 3 work-from-home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year. Career path includes center leadership progression from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
