Job Summary
Develop and implement clinically sound treatment plans for pediatric clients; supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. The role includes a remote-work benefit (up to 3 days per month plus additional assessment-related days per year) and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with manageable caseloads (up to 8 children). Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
