Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Remote Work Benefit available (up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus additional days per year). Schedule Monday–Friday, daytime hours; manage a reasonable caseload and pursue ongoing professional growth within a structured leadership pathway.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- ability to supervise RBTs

- experience in ABA therapy with children
