Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment. This role includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with up to three remote work days per month. Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities upon promotion. Candidates may earn up to $10,000 in a sign-on bonus.
