Job Summary
Develop and implement clinically sound treatment plans as a BCBA, supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligibility or possession of BCBA license
- Ability to supervise RBTs and provide supervision hours for trainees
- Master’s in ABA or equivalent related field for supervision/mentorship responsibilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based ABA therapy and treatment plan development
- Ability to collaborate with families and coordinate care
- Access to or ability to participate in center leadership and mentorship initiatives
- Remote work capability with up to 3 remote days per month and additional assessment-related remote days per year
- No non-compete restrictions (as stated)
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, daytime hours
- Experience in conducting assessments and delivering therapy in pediatric populations
- Relocation readiness and willingness to relocate if needed
- Participation in ongoing CEUs and professional development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
