Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment. This role offers a total compensation package ranging from $86,500 to $122,000 annually, including uncapped performance and mentorship bonuses, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and eligibility for long-term ownership upon promotion. Schedule includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with up to three remote work days per month.
