Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment. This role offers a total compensation package ranging from $86,500 to $122,000 annually, including uncapped performance and mentorship bonuses, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and eligibility for long-term ownership upon promotion. Schedule includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with up to three remote work days per month.
