Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a BCBA, supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and create clinically sound treatment plans for up to 8 children. Role includes leadership opportunities, mentorship and supervision hours for RBTs pursuing advanced degrees, and participation in a structured career path toward Sr. BCBA and leadership roles. Remote work is available up to 3 days per month plus additional remote assessment days; schedule is Monday–Friday with a generous PTO/CEU program and no non-compete. Relocation options and sign-on bonuses are available.
Required Qualifications
