Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a BCBA, supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality care with up to 8 children per caseload. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; create clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs pursuing master’s-level ABA, while leveraging a play-focused environment.
