Job Summary
Develop and implement clinically sound treatment plans for pediatric clients; supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality, consistent care; collaborate with families to set and track goals; deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment; participate in ongoing professional development and supervision; leverage remote work days (up to 3 per month plus additional days per year) as part of a hybrid schedule; engage in mentorship, supervision hours, and opportunities for advancement toward Sr. BCBA and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Developing treatment plans that are clinically sound
- Collaborating with families to set goals and track progress
- Delivering evidence-based ABA therapy in pediatric populations
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote-enabled environment with some remote work days
