Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment guided by a Clinical Advisory Board and industry-leading clinicians. This role offers a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with uncapped performance and mentorship bonuses, plus long-term ownership eligibility upon promotion. Schedule includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with up to three remote work days monthly, and candidates receive up to 10 free continuing education units per year.
