Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy while managing caseloads of up to eight children. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care, and collaborate with families to establish goals and track progress. Participate in research and innovation initiatives with the Action Institute and receive guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board. The position offers a total compensation range of $84,000 to $119,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities upon promotion. Schedule includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with up to three remote work days per month.
