Job Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Achieving True Self (ATS), you will assess, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for young clients, supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs, and mentor clinical staff. You’ll train and support families to extend progress beyond sessions, collaborate with families and caregivers to empower ongoing growth, and maintain high standards of care while shaping the future of ABA services in Maryland. The role includes leading assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, collecting and analyzing data, updating treatment plans, and managing caseloads with a focus on work-life balance. Requires BCBA certification, Maryland licensure, and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field; evening availability 2-3 days per week is preferred. Salary ranges: $70-$80 per direct billable hour (plus $15 per hour for non-billable indirect hours), with sign-on bonuses based on hours completed. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification (required)
- License as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland
- Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred
