Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans while implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs. Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers. This role supports individuals, families, and caregivers with behavioral health services and interventions. You will work with children with autism, requiring BCBA certification and proficiency in behavioral assessments. The position offers a flexible schedule with 25% travel and includes 401(k) matching, dental, health, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACBA
- Experience working with children with autism
- Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers
- BCBA license
