Job Summary
BCBA to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, along with parent training, across in-home, daycare, and school settings in NC, GA, and AZ. Role includes attending team meetings, ensuring HIPAA and BACB guideline compliance, and collaborating with a back-office team; opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits. Locations focus in Asheboro, NC with potential client sites across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona; Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred
- Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
