Job Summary
Hiring a BCBA to conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS), develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs. Responsibilities include monitoring client progress with data-driven adjustments to behavior plans, collaborating with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation to BACB and payer standards, and supporting onboarding of new RBTs/BCBAs. Flexible scheduling offered (full-time or part-time) with hybrid shifts (daytime/after school) in the Baltimore County area. Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
