Job Summary
The BCBA will provide and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis services in-center, coordinating and delivering treatment plans, conducting functional and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS), maintaining client caseloads, ensuring contract and insurance compliance, and training/mentoring ABA therapists and families. Responsibilities include writing and updating treatment plans, supervising RBTs/therapists, participating in IEP team meetings when appropriate, providing ongoing staff training, maintaining client confidentiality per HIPAA, and contributing to professional development activities. Strong instructional communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook are required to support documentation, reporting, and collaborative coordination with admin and supervisory staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification by the BACB
- Experience with Programming in Clinical Settings (Preferred)
- Experience Supervising RBTs and/or Behavior Therapists (Preferred)
- Experience with Autism and Related Disorders
