Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Mansfield, OH, serving as acting Education Program Director to lead a special education program. Required Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in educational leadership, special education, applied behavior analysis or a closely related field
- Licensed BCBA credential (board-certified behavior analyst)
- Minimum 5 years prior experience in special education services and compliance
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a related setting
- Proficiency in ABA, FBA, BIP, IEP, PBIS, crisis management, and data-based decision making
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of instructional technology and MS Office
- Ability to obtain/maintain crisis management training verification
