Job Summary
Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Empower families by leading monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term capacity and coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes. As a BCBA on an interdisciplinary team, you will work under local or regional clinical directors for real-time guidance, with no rigid quotas. Monthly clinical case reviews and access to the PD Speaker Series support your professional growth. This role offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, plus $2,000/year tuition support for a doctorate. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
