Job Summary
Experienced BCBA to supervise RBTs and deliver in-home/school-based ABA therapy for children with ASD near Atlanta. Conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, provide caregiver training, and collect/analyze data to monitor progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Supervision is a hybrid of in-person and telehealth with flexible hours; choose a schedule that supports work-life balance. Requires active BCBA certification, Georgia ABA license, and a Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field. Reliable transportation is needed for in-home and community-based services. Part-time or full-time options available.
