Job Summary
BCBA position at BASS ABA Therapy requires independent practice and supervision of RBTs, overseeing implementation of ABA programming, conducting client assessments, developing ABA plans, and supervising a team of RBTs. Role includes in-home or community-based wrap-around services, collaborating with caregivers/parents, and providing training. Work with children aged 18 months to 12 years across center-based and community settings; collaborate with BCaBAs and BCBAs in a team-driven environment; requires BCBA certification and Master’s degree; offers competitive compensation, benefits, PTO, growth opportunities, and a Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
