Job Summary
Implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, conduct client-specific assessments, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, provide training to caregivers, and deliver in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed. Practice excellent time management for service deliverables while collaborating with a team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Offer Parent/Guardian Collaboration and ensure effective delivery of ABA therapy within centers and the community. Work Monday through Friday under BCBA leadership within a highly collaborative environment focused on helping children reach their developmental potential.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
