Job Summary
Implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, conduct client assessments, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide training to caregivers while delivering in-home or community-based wrap-around services. Practice excellent time management to oversee service deliverables and collaborate with a team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs to ensure effective programming. Work Monday through Friday with a focus on guiding children to achieve developmental potential through best-in-class, individualized therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
