Job Summary
Implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, conduct client-specific assessments, and develop tailored behavior intervention plans. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective delivery while providing wrap-around services in-home or within the community. Manage service deliverables through excellent time management and offer training to caregivers alongside parent/guardian collaboration. Work Monday through Friday under BCBA leadership in a collaborative environment focused on helping children reach their developmental potential.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
