Job Summary
Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while maintaining a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week. Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision, and complete required documentation including evaluations and progress reports per practice guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care for children with special needs. This role offers a salary range of $80,000–$106,000 plus an annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and CEU reimbursement at Westside, where you will help cultivate a supportive environment for both clients and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
- Experience working in a clinic setting
