Job Summary
Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff in delivering effective interventions. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient evaluations to refine treatment goals.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
