Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals and track progress; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. This role includes remote-work flexibility (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year), a typical Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and a clear pathway for career growth toward Sr. BCBA and leadership roles within the organization. Compensation includes base salary, performance/mentorship bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation options, and extensive benefits including 401(k) match and continuing education support.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA/Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Supervision experience of RBTs
- Ability to develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Strong collaboration with families and teams
