Job Summary
Develop clinically sound ABA treatment plans as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supervise and mentor RBTs to deliver high‐quality care, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress. Deliver evidence‐based therapy in a play‐focused environment with a manageable caseload (up to 8 children). Required Qualifications
