Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for developing clinically sound treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families to set and track goals, and delivering evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, mentoring on-site staff, coordinating with families, and driving clinical outcomes for up to 8 children.
