Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Remote Work Benefit allows up to 3 work-from-home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year. Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours. Manageable caseloads (up to 8 children). Includes opportunities for mentorship bonuses, supervision hours for RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA, and mentorship/leadership pathways toward Sr. BCBA and leadership roles. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000; relocation packages available. 401(k) with company match; continuing education support (minimum 10+ free CEUs/year in-house plus paid CEU days). No non-compete clauses.
