Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Remote Work Benefit allows up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year. Schedule is Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseloads—up to 8 children. No Non-Compete Clauses. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain BCBA
- Active state professional license as BCBA
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Minimum clinical experience as BCBA ( supervisory role preferred)
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Experience supervising RBTs and mentoring staff
- Strong collaboration with families and caregivers
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based ABA practices
- Ability to work Mon-Fri, daytime hours with remote-work flexibility
- No non-compete clause will be required
